The L3Harris Tactical Communications Technical Customer Service Support site is designed specifically for L3Harris Tactical Communications products and services and provides the added value that you have come to expect from L3Harris. Two levels of access are available. Please choose one of the following options:

  • RMA Access Only - Access to only submit and track RMA requests for L3Harris products.
  • Product Support and RMA Access - Access to customer services such as Technical Information, Training Information, Downloads, a Knowledge Base, and more.
  • RMA Access Only - Access to only submit and track RMA requests for Harris products.

Business Relations
To use the U.S. Government category, you must be a direct employee of the US Government. If you are a contractor employed by the government, you should choose a Commercial account.
Choose the appropriate branch, or choose Federal Agency if you work for another Department.
Choose your rank from the drop down. If you are a civilian contractor, you should go back and change Category to Commercial.
Choose the country you will be supporting with the information you get from the Harris Premier site.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
NDA Information

L3Harris requires that all commercial entities sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before using the L3Harris Premier site. While your company may have additional NDAs with L3Harris, the Premier NDA is a separate document with separate terms and must be signed regardless of what other agreements you may have with L3Harris.
